The company is located in Sino-German industrial park, DaYun. It covers an area of 39,000 square meters, the building area of 70,000 square meters and 560 employees.

As a pioneer and leader in the field of bicycle lamp and E-bike lights , the company is one of the few manufac-turers in China that can realize the R&D and large-scale standardized mass production of bicycle lamp in accordance with national standards, German standards, French standards, Japanese JIS and other national standards. It’s the leading of drafting and enactor for the national standard “GB/T 22791 BICYCLE LIGHTING AND OPTICAL SIGNALLING DEVICE”, The company has the close technical cooperation with Institute of Optics, Zhejiang University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

It has the international advanced optical testing laboratory, The company can provide customers with a full range of product design, mold, production, testing and operation service.

Development history

1986

Founded by Wang Zhaoyou.

as a plastic parts producer.

1990

Jiaxing Xingcheng Bicycle lighting Equipment factory was founded in 1990 and Engage in the main business with bicycle horn and Lighting products.

1999

The factory was expanded to the downtown of Jiashan.

Started the export business with Foreign countries and attend the international fairs.

2002

In July , The company use the new name “Jiaxing Xingcheng Electronics Co.,Ltd’and optimized the department of R&D , Sales ,Productions.

The business range was approaching more to the bicycle light.

2007

Second move to a modern industry zone in order to adapt the increasing growth of the light production.

2013

A new land was invested in a Sino-Germany Industry zone in March of 2013.

It is called‘Zhejiang U-STAR’and the construction is started at the same year.

2016

In August , Xingcheng merged into the U-STAR and shared the same workplace and under the same administration .

2018

Customized plays more important roles The products has been developed to satisfy with the International homologation like Germany ,France , JIS standard ect.
